Currently we train in three
trainee professions:
Many different personalities come together at EMS GmbH.
We have developers, staff schedulers, MSP staff, filmmakers, accountants and many other trades in-house.
We all work hand in hand, supporting each other with our versatile qualifications and skills.
What to expect
as
Management assistant for office management.
Classic commercial activities
- You will gain insights into the areas of finance, controlling and human resources
- You will be introduced to project management tasks
- You learn to create statements for service providers and travel expenses
- You support us in customer and appointment management
EMS specific tasks
- You gain insights into personnel resource planning and personnel placement
- You work closely with our IT and support department
- You will be introduced to customer acquisition and proposal preparation
- You will be trained in quality assurance and data protection
As a dual training program, you will spend part of your three-year training period with us at the office
and spend the other part at the professional school.
Your education is as individual as you are.
As part of your training, we will adapt your areas of responsibility to your skills. If you want to try something new or deepen certain topics, we do our best to give you the opportunity to do so. In the end, your training with us should provide you with a solid foundation for your future professional life.

Your contact person will therefore accompany you throughout your entire training period as a mentor and support you on your way to graduation. If you have any questions or concerns, we are at your disposal at any time.
It's important to us that you feel comfortable.
As part of the EMS team, you can expect fair and performance-based pay in accordance with the collective wage agreement as well as a company philosophy based on equality. Everyone is supported in their further education and in actively shaping their daily work. Your physical health is also important to us. That is why we provide financial support for health and fitness courses.
What to expect
as
Media Designer for image and sound.
EMS specific tasks
- You learn how the operation in our film studios runs
- You work closely with our crew in project management, behind the camera and in post-production
- You will gain insight into different facets of the film industry. From advertising and image film productions to the implementation of events, everything is included
- You gain experience in the field of 2D/3D animation
- We train for the future and make a point of taking on our trainees
As a dual training program, you will spend part of your three-year training period with us at the office

IT SYSTEM MANAGER.
Classic activities
- You gain insight into the processing of customer inquiries
- You will be introduced to project management tasks
- You participate in the software installation or implementation in customer companies
- You gain experience in the preparation of reports and analyses
- You support us at customer meetings and create the necessary documentation
EMS specific tasks
- You work on projects
- You can always bring in new impulses around the optimization/improvement of our software product
- You work closely with our IT and support department
- You get insights into quality assurance and testing of development results
- You will be trained in quality assurance and data protection
