This is how MAVES supports you as:
Module 1: Recruiting.
With MAVES, it is possible for you as a hirer to enter specific personnel requirements into the recruiting center. Staffing agencies or MSPs will receive notification of your search. They can then propose their candidate profiles to you. You yourself decide over job postings and sequence of the hiring and release processes.

MAVES informs you immediately about new job profiles posted by the companies of your choice. Based on the entered requirements, you can propose your candidates to the hirers or create new candidates in the pool. You can also share your entire candidate pool with your clients.

The management and structuring of all your external employees is possible in this main module. Here you keep track of assignments, expenses, deadlines and compliance. All document management is as well managed via Operation. Employment contracts, safety instructions, etc. are legally signed and digitally secured here via E-Sign.

In the Time Management module, you follow up on the assignments of your external employees. At a glance, you can analyze the assignment location and type of your employees and adjust them if necessary. Time tracking data from third-party systems can be easily imported.
