How our recruiting film makes the future of UTN visible

How does a new university attract the attention of students? The Technical University of Nuremberg was faced with this task in order to make its new Master’s degree programs internationally known.

In response to this question, we have produced a recruiting film that inspires students and motivates them to apply. A video that moves and convinces young people to decide to study in Nuremberg.

Authentic insights instead of empty words

Together with students and professors, we filmed on location at the UTN and portrayed the degree program from different perspectives. The result is a recruiting video that shows personal, approachable and motivating stories and whets the appetite for a Master’s degree in Nuremberg.

From shooting to visibility on social media

In addition to the main film, we also produced social media assets and took over the performance marketing campaign for maximum visibility. During the application period, we played the short videos via meta ads on Instagram – including project management, monitoring, optimization and reporting.

The result: a recruiting film that turns visibility and reach into applications. Further proof of the central role that video marketing plays in today’s marketing mix.

Concept & shoot planning

Together with UTN, we developed a video concept to suit the target group.

Video production

Our team was on site at the UTN premises for two days of filming and shot the video.

Post-production

For the completion of the film, we took care of the video editing, color grading and the soundtrack.

To recruit interested students, we created cutouts and played them via meta ads on Instagram.
