On behalf of Schaeffler, we have already designed and implemented several effective online audio campaigns to specifically address and recruit new trainees. Under the campaign umbrella #ausdirwirdwas, potential applicants were targeted in several regions via high-reach online radio stations and digital audio platforms.
The aim was to reach young people and their parents directly in their everyday lives, raise awareness of the training opportunities and position the Schaeffler employer brand in the relevant environment.
Focus on Strategy, Distribution and Performance
In the first step, we developed the strategic basis of the campaign: target group definition, regional targeting, platform selection and creative central idea. Building on this, we designed eye-catching audio spots that convey the campaign’s message clearly and authentically.
The online audio spots were played out over several weeks in the respective target regions and were able to reach the target group in places where other media such as social media and video ads do not take place.
