Authentic Insights – Not Empty Words
Together with students and professors, we filmed on location at UTN, capturing the degree programme from multiple perspectives. The result is a recruitment video that presents personal, approachable, and inspiring stories, sparking interest in pursuing a Master’s degree in Nuremberg.
From Filming to Social Media Visibility
In addition to the main film, we also produced social media assets and took over the performance marketing campaign for maximum visibility. During the application period, we played the short videos via meta ads on Instagram – including project management, monitoring, optimization and reporting.
The result is a recruitment film that turns visibility and reach into applications, highlighting the crucial role video marketing plays in today’s marketing mix.

Video Production in Nuremberg
Concept & shoot planning
Together with UTN, we developed a video concept to suit the target group.
Video Production
Our team was on site at the UTN premises for two days of filming and shot the video.
Post-Production
For the completion of the film, we took care of the video editing, color grading and the soundtrack.
Social Media
To recruit interested students, we created cutouts and played them via meta ads on Instagram.
Working with EMS was a real benefit for us at UTN. I was particularly impressed by the spontaneity, the pronounced customer focus and the noticeably positive energy with which the entire team approached the implementation. Together, we managed not only to create visibility, but also to arouse enthusiasm for our Master's degree programs.
