A Festive Evening - Made Visible for all Guests
The Union Ball is one of the established social events in Nuremberg. In the Meistersingerhalle, guests from a wide range of sectors come together to experience a festive evening with discussions, culinary delights and a varied stage program.
In collaboration with roeschke&roeschke, we were responsible for the entire live visual production of the evening. The aim was to make the events on stage and in the hall equally tangible for all visitors – regardless of where they were seated.
Live Camera & Image Direction for a Coherent Overall Experience
Throughout the evening, we were close to the action in the hall with several cameras. Two cameramen accompanied the program points directly on location, supplemented by a domecam that captured the stage action, speeches and dance rounds from a central perspective. This resulted in images that harmoniously reflected the character of the evening.
In the live control room, we brought together all the image signals and ensured that the moderation, speeches and special moments were clearly visible to all the guests in the hall. Speeches by presenter Michael Frieser, Nuremberg’s Lord Mayor Marcus König and the Bavarian Minister President Dr. Markus Söder were thus accompanied for the entire audience on the large screen above the stage.
The live production blended unobtrusively into the course of the evening and made the event equally tangible for all visitors.
Professional Video Accompaniment for Business Events
A ball thrives on atmosphere, timing and smooth processes. Our task was to ensure that the visual realization of such business events was technically reliable in the background and to professionally stage the special moments of the evening.
Close coordination with all those involved resulted in a live production that was seamlessly integrated into the proceedings and supported the character of the event – restrained, precise and attentive.
