Employee Event in Nuremberg Professionally Accompanied
“TEAM RED Night” at Sparkasse Nürnberg brings Sparkasse employees together in the KIA Metropol Arena and creates space for information and exchange as part of a varied program with different discussion formats.
To ensure that the content of an event of this magnitude is not only communicated, but can also be understood and experienced by all those present, a production is needed that combines information and entertainment in a meaningful way.
This was precisely our focus in this year’s implementation: keeping the guests’ attention and also actively involving them in the event. As the technical partner of the KIA Metropol Arena, we were responsible for central parts of the implementation and also accompanied the event with images and moderation.
Entertaining Event Moderation by Flo Kerschner
With Flo Kerschner, we provided an experienced moderator who, together with co-moderator Ina Kumpa from Sparkasse Nürnberg, led through the evening and gave the various program points a clear framework. With a sure instinct for timing, audience and discussion dynamics, a format was created that clearly conveyed the content of the evening and remained entertaining at the same time.
Especially at events with a large number of guests and different topics, a professional moderator provides orientation and combines individual program points into a coherent overall experience. As a result, the evening was not only informative, but also appeared approachable and audience-oriented throughout.
Live Direction for the Video Cube
Parallel to the moderation, our cameras accompanied the action on stage and in the hall. In the live control room, all signals were processed in real time and edited for the arena’s large video cube. This allowed content, conversations and spontaneous moments to be made immediately visible to the entire audience.
The live production thus became a central component of the entire staging. It supported the visibility of the large area and lent the event additional dynamism. This created a uniform experience for all guests in the arena.
Interplay of content and technology
The combination of professional event moderation and precise live direction ensures that content is not just presented, but actually communicated. Moderation structures the evening, provides orientation and creates closeness. The live images reinforce this effect by involving all guests and making the event visible.
The result is an event that not only informs, but also connects. This is crucial when it comes to picking up employees and creating shared perspectives for the coming year.
